The Trick-or-Trot 5K is a festive fall run for all ages—runners, walkers, and costumed families alike. Held on Saturday, October 25 at 9:00 AM, the race starts and ends at Riverwood Church and follows a scenic off-road course through the Clinton River Park Trails. Entry is just $20 or a donation of 2+ bags of Halloween candy, which supports the Trick-or-Treat Trail at Riverwood’s annual Block Party.

Awards will be given for Best Overall (male and female), the top three finishers in each age group, Best Costume (solo and group), the Stroller Superstar, and the Candy Crusader for most candy donated. All participants will enjoy post-race snacks and water, and timing will be handled using the Webscorer app. Whether you're competing for a prize or enjoying a morning walk under the fall leaves, you’ll be part of something fun, friendly, and community-focused.

Neighborhood Block Party

Every stride supports our biggest event of the year—our Neighborhood Block Party on Halloween night. All candy donated at the race helps stock the Trick-or-Treat Trail for hundreds of neighborhood kids. Your run helps us serve our community with generosity, joy, and a whole lot of chocolate.
